Use of Our Website

Our website provides general information about our services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is up to date or error-free. The information provided should not be considered medical advice.

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Disrupt or attempt to interfere with its operation.
  • Gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time.

Booking and Treatment

Our services are subject to availability and assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable.

Before starting treatment, you may need to undergo a medical assessment and agree to our treatment policies. All personal and medical information will be handled confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payment

  • All treatment fees must be paid in full before services begin.
  • We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed methods.
  • Late payments may result in delays, treatment cancellation, or refusal of services.
  • Refunds are not available once treatment has started, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

If we agree to extend the treatment period, additional fees must be paid at least 24 hours before the extension begins.

If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 3% above the base lending rate of NatWest Bank Plc. We may also suspend treatment or discharge the Client until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel treatment, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations before treatment begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee.
  • Once treatment has started, no refunds will be given for missed sessions, early departures, or self-discharge.
  • If we need to cancel treatment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule or offer an alternative solution. If no alternative is agreed upon, we may issue a partial refund for unused services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We take privacy seriously and handle all personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will never be shared without consent, unless required by law or for safety reasons.

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Our Commitment to Care

We take reasonable steps to ensure that our Treatment Centre and services meet the needs of our clients. However, we cannot guarantee treatment success or long-term recovery.

Recovery is a personal process that requires ongoing commitment. We provide the tools and support, but it is the Client’s responsibility to continue aftercare and relapse prevention.

Client Responsibilities

By entering treatment, the Client agrees to:

  • Follow the agreed Treatment Plan.
  • Abide by all rules and regulations of the Treatment Centre.
  • Comply with local laws in the country where treatment is provided.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards physical, verbal, or racial abuse. If the Client engages in abusive behaviour towards staff, fellow clients, or visitors, we reserve the right to terminate treatment immediately without a refund.

If the Client fails to comply with the rules, we may discharge them without refund. If the Client leaves treatment early, no refund will be given.

Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from:

  • Your use of our website.
  • Any reliance on website information.
  • Circumstances beyond our control.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for failure to provide services due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial action.
  • Fire, flood, or natural disasters.
  • Power or telecommunications failures.
  • Acts of terrorism or war.

If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the disruption continues for more than two weeks, you may cancel the contract and request a refund for unused services.

Your Right to Cancel

  • You may cancel within seven days of signing the contract, provided that treatment has not started. A refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • If treatment has started, or if the Client leaves early, no refund will be given.
  • If you entered into this contract remotely (not face-to-face) and treatment begins within seven days, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel treatment if:

  • The Treatment Centre is unable to accommodate the Client.
  • Payment has not been received.
  • The Client breaches these terms in a serious way.

If we cancel before treatment begins, we will attempt to arrange an alternative provider. If no alternative is found, we will issue a refund for any unused services.

If we must cancel treatment after it has started, we will work with you to find an alternative solution. If no suitable option is agreed upon, we may offer a partial refund for services not yet provided.
